Precision Deposition Technology

Our coatings are made possible by a custom-built deposition system engineered to deliver ultra-thin, uniform films on complex 2D and 3D geometries. Designed in-house, our tool supports low-temperature processing (<150°C) to ensure compatibility with heat-sensitive substrates—critical for aerospace alloys, composites, and electronics. Unlike conventional coating systems, our platform integrates precise control of coating thickness, flow dynamics, and curing conditions, enabling defect-free application at the sub-100 nm scale.

What sets us apart is our versatile, multi-mode approach—supporting spray, dip, and chemical vapor deposition (CVD)—all optimized for polymer-to-ceramic conversion when needed. The equipment is tailored for scalable R&D and future production, with integrated AI-based process tuning and data logging for real-time optimization.

This proprietary platform allows us to achieve what traditional systems cannot: high-performance, conformal coatings with tailored surface properties, ultra-low thickness, and robust adhesion—all in a single step.
